ALL PRO has a market budget of 8% of yearly sales. We
use the money to pay our marketing affiliates (companies or individuals)
to directly market our services to the customers we seek most
repeat customers that become our clients.
This is passive income in that every time the client
uses the services of All Pro the "MARKETING AFFILIATE"
receives a commission of 5% on the total sales cost. After the client
is establish the agent does not have to do anything else to receive
future commissions.
IS THE COMMISSION ADDED
TO THE CLIENT'S BILL?
Absolutely not. The client
rates for the customer apply and the agent's commissions comes out
of All Pro's operating expenses (i.e. marketing budget0.
HOW MUCH CAN AN AGENT
REASONABLY MAKE?
Some of our current clients are in the $100,000 - $300,000
/year range. At 5% you would make $5,000 for each $100,000 in sales.
In time we estimate that some of our current and of course new clients
will easily be $1M plus and at this level of sales you would make
$50,000 for each million dollars in sales.
HOW COMPLICATED IS THE
SALE AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE?
Typically, you would simply give the potential client
a company resume and offer an appointment to meet the President of
ALL PRO. The initial contact takes 1 - 5 minutes maximum and there
is no requirement to have any knowledge about "electricity".
Examples : Two of our affiliates, both ladies in non-related business,
made sales the same day they became agents
three condo complexes
with over 700 units total.
CAN AN AGENT MAKE MONEY
ANY OTHER WAY?
We need marketing people and if an agent brings on another
person to work as an ALL PRO representative, the agent would make
2% on all of the sales of the second agent. Additionally there is
a 1% and ½% sales commission override at the third and fourth
level.
WHY ARE ELECTRICAL SERVICES
SO MARKETABLE?
Most electrical companies are run by electricians instead
of managers! Their services are not dependable, reliable or consistent.
Pricing is all over the place and the customer often pays for repairs
not needed, unnecessary materials and excessive labor hours. 80% of
the people you contact will be receptive to having a well managed,
low cost, dependable provider.
ARE THERE OTHER SERVICES
AN AGENT CAN MARKET?
Yes. We have just negotiated our first affiliation with
a major air conditioning and refrigeration company. Additionally,
we offer large commercial generator installation, plumbing, general
contracting, project management and a variety of energy saving products.
We want to offer everything a large property management company needs
and of course the more your client uses our services the more your
sales volume and your commissions.
Within the next 6 months we will be offering full service
contracts to commercial (individual packages) and residential clients
(lots of 100 or more).
