ABOUT
OUR RATES...
Rates
are only one component of the actual costs
We think we have some of the lowest "client rates" in Florida,
but what's in an "hourly rate" if the job is dragged out
by the electrician, or two people are doing a one man job, or if unnecessary
repairs are made, or if unnecessary materials are purchased (even
used on someone else's job) or if the electrician does not come on
time or even the right day? What about material markup
often
100 - 300%. And lastly, if there is a mistake by the electrician who
pays for the call back?
IN
FACT...
THE
CUSTOMER HAS LITTLE CONTROL OVER ACTUAL JOB COST

HOW CAN YOU COMPARE
RATES?
It is difficult, but the first thing is to look at is the invoice
from your current electrical contractor. Is the invoice transparent?
Are the task descriptions clear? Are the hours and rates for each
type of labor clearly shown? Are the material costs and materials
markup shown?
IF NOT...
YOU
HAVE NO IDEA IF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING IS FAIR !
